Goal Setting and W.H.(o)W.W. goals

Setting goals, working towards your goals, and achieving your goals makes life worth living. One tool to help athletes create goals and the steps necessary to achieve them comes from the acronym W.H.(o) W.W.

Who, How, What, When, are the essential questions that must be answered in order for a goal to have any chance of being achieved.

As part of the SPoX Coaching program, athletes will work one-on-one with their coach to help create the athlete’s goals and outline the steps to achieve them.
